Another Baby Possum Alert

Rahmet's baby has been seen out of the pouch for the first time. The little one is still a very small rat-like thing and isn't currently appearing for very long, but it looks like he or she will be out of the pouch for at least some time every day from now on; so now is the time for a Baby Possum Alert.

   

I'm not sure how closely people are following this blog, but Rahmet is still a young possum, in fact she herself was only emerging from her mother's pouch in December last year. This is her first baby and she seemed to be unsure at first about what to do when it started climbing all over her, but she is a competent possum and seems to be taking good care of the young one.

Rahmet is using Box 3 at the moment and unfortunately the camera in this box has gone a bit blurry (possibly the lens has got dirty or been knocked out of focus), so the pictures aren't the best. If I get a chance I'll try to fix this.
