Today, there were three mother possums in boxes, all with babies partially or fully out of the pouch, so it's Baby Possum Alert time.
The youngest baby belongs to
Sasha. Only its head and an occasional leg have been sticking out of the pouch.
Sasha can usually be seen in boxes 1 or 5.

The next oldest baby belongs to Wink. This baby is just starting to get fur and is at the skinny rat-like stage.
Wink can be seen in boxes 7 or 3, although often Vincent will use box 3 and Sun will use box 7.

The oldest baby belongs to Blossom. Blossom skipped having a baby last season and that probably gave her a head-start this season. Blossom's baby is fully furred and was climbing all over her today. The little one was not back-riding tonight but will be any day now.

If you're look at the webcams, you will be rewarded by being patient. The possums are very irregular in their habits at the moment and only infrequently visit the boxes. Also, the babies are more likely to come out of the pouch when it's warmer and it's winter at the moment. Today was comparatively warm but it's forecast to be colder in coming days.
